أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم
في حالته الأصلية
داخل العلبة الأصلية
الحالات المقبولة:
المقاس غير مناسب
وجود عيب في المنتج
استلام منتج مختلف
الحالات غير المقبولة:
استخدام المنتج
تلف ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام
رسوم الاسترجاع:
يتحمل العميل رسوم الاسترجاع (25 درهم)
استرداد المبلغ:
يتم خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل بعد استلام وفحص المنتج
يتم الاسترداد بنفس طريقة الدفع أو تحويل بنكي

Wrong size
Defective product
Wrong item delivered
Not accepted:
Used items
Damage due to misuse
Return fees:
Customer pays return shipping fee (25 AED)
Refunds:
Processed within 3–5 business days after inspection
Refunded via the original payment method or bank transfer
